L'originalité de l'assemblage à base de Cabernet Franc, donne une grande complexité au vin et une structure massive, et en fait un vin unique pour la région. Vin de garde, massif, complexe avec une belle fraîcheur et long en bouche, élevé en fûts de chêne durant 12 mois. Arômes : cerises, groseilles, framboises, réglisse, menthe poivrée, poivre, vanille.
